The Factory Behind Your Custom Pickleball Paddles
SHUEN PICKLEBALL is the brand of Dongguan Shuen Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., a factory based manufacturer in Qiaotou, Dongguan. We work with brands, distributors, retailers and clubs to develop custom pickleball paddles, from the first product brief through sampling and production.

Custom Paddles Built Around Your Brief
We focus on OEM and ODM pickleball paddle development and manufacturing. Buyers can choose from eight base paddle shapes, face materials, core structures, thickness options, edge guards, grips, butt caps and graphics. Packing arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Our main platform uses a 16 mm Gen5 PP honeycomb core and one piece hot pressing. Other 14 mm and 16 mm builds and core structures are also available. The final combination and specifications are confirmed for each project during development and sampling.

Define the build:
We review the material, structure, artwork and component choices with you. The agreed details become the basis for sampling.

Review the sample:
The sample gives your team a physical reference for the paddle’s construction, appearance and finish. Changes are discussed before production approval.

Move into production:
After the project specification and sample are approved, production follows the agreed build. Finished paddles are checked before dispatch.

Factory photographs show our production environment and selected processes. For relevant paddle builds, Toray T700 material documentation can be reviewed as part of the project discussion.
Finished paddles undergo individual performance checks and marking before dispatch. We can discuss internal testing for preliminary evaluation. This data is separate from an official approval record for a specific finished model.
