Fifteen existing internal structures are shown here. SHUEN can also help customers develop a core structure for a custom project; measured results require testing of the selected build.

Interlocking EPP and EVA layout.

EPP and EVA with a reinforced handle bridge.

Perforated frame structure.

MPP and EVA layout with a TFP ring.

Dual-density foam with an outer rim.

Honeycomb layout with TFP shoulder sections.

Molded full-foam structure with distinct zones.

Gen 5 honeycomb with carbon and TFP sections.

Carbon-wrapped EPP with a 20 mm EVA rim; the rim dimension is not the paddle thickness.

MPP and EVA foam with a split-handle layout.

Multi-zone layout with side reinforcement.

Honeycomb core wrapped with EVA and TFP sections.

Gen 4 honeycomb layout with TFP shoulder sections.

Gen 3 PP honeycomb structure.

Core structure with directional perforations.
Core descriptions identify construction only. Performance must be evaluated using the confirmed project sample.
Match the edge guard to your brand palette using physical samples before production approval.

Compare standard color rings, custom logo tooling and the finished installed effect on a paddle handle. Tooling requirements and cost are confirmed before sampling.

Rubber Ring Color Options
Clear, fluorescent, vivid, soft and dark colors are available for project sampling.

Custom Logo Rings & Installed Effect
Review multiple compact logo rings and the finished fit at the paddle throat before confirming project-specific tooling.
Compare grip tape colors, face and backing construction, then review the finished wrapped-handle effect. Final specifications are confirmed against physical samples.

Compare the full color range, face finish and foam backing before selecting the final grip specification.

Black and white perforated tapes with cushioned backing for handle wrapping.

Review how the selected colors look after the grip tape is wrapped on the finished handle.
Standard black and white caps are available, with project colors and custom logo tooling quoted separately.

MATERIAL & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
Documentation buyers can review
Toray T700 material and import documents are available for project review. We can discuss internal testing and support before a customer seeks official approval for a finished model.
- Toray T700 material and import documents
- Internal collision and rebound data for preliminary review
- Support for projects targeting USA Pickleball requirements
No official USA Pickleball brand or model approval record is currently available for SHUEN paddles. Internal data is not an official certification report; a finished model's status must be verified separately.

No. We currently have no official USA Pickleball brand or model approval record to cite for SHUEN paddles. We can develop toward relevant requirements and discuss internal testing or pre-submission support, but internal data is not an official certification report. Each finished model needs its own official status verified; we do not assume the status of OEM customer-branded models or promise approval.
Finished paddles receive individual performance checks and marking before dispatch. The exact test items, thresholds and acceptance record are confirmed for each project.
